What I Ate In A Week? (30.04.2023 - 05.05.2023) (Rhodes 2023)

What I ate whilst I was away in Rhodes, Greece.


Sunday 30th April 2023

Breakfast: McDonald's bacon and cheese flat bread and a Starbucks almond milk cappuccino Snack: Caffè Nero oat milk cappuccino Lunch: Boots chicken and bacon caesar wrap, Peperami chicken roasted bites and a beer


Monday 1st May 2023

Breakfast: bacon and salami, orange juice and an almond coffee Snack: Aperol Spritz and a Tequila sunrise Lunch: salad (lettuce, carrots, capers, olives, tuna, feta, onion and cabbage) plus a plate of feta, ginger fish, some beef thing and carrots with olives Snack: Tequila sunrise Dinner: prawn linguine, grilled fish, stuffed vine leaves and salad plus feta, salami, chips and bacon rice


Tuesday 2nd May 2023

Breakfast: Turkish sausage, readymade bacon omelette and salami plus a chocolate and vanilla muffin with a glass of orange and a cup of coffee Snack: iced coffee as well as a few Tequila Sunrises Lunch: gyros Snack: more Tequila Sunrises Dinner: Chicken Caesar salad and pappardelle carbonara


Wednesday 3rd May 2023

Breakfast: countryside sausage, bacon omelette, bacon and then a vanilla muffin with a slice of chocolate cake and a glass of orange juice and coffee Snack: Tequila sunrise Lunch: orange and ginger fish with rice and a side of grilled fish plus a salad (red cabbage, lettuce, olives, carrots and feta) Snack: slice of pizza with some form of sliced meat on it Dinner: Greek restaurant so I had greek salad as well as some fish poached with lemon and potatoes


Thursday 4th May 2023

Breakfast: fried egg, feta, olives and bacon with a coffee and orange juice Snack: coffee and also a beer Lunch: salad (feta, olive oil, carrot, cabbage, red cabbage, olives) and a burger with mustard and mayo Dinner: lamb kebab, tzatziki, cabbage and I think it's carbonara but with feta

Friday 5th May 2023

Breakfast: bacon and salami Snack: Aperol Spritz Lunch: Lemon and ginger fish with cabbage rice plus pancetta, salad (olive, feta, cabbage, red cabbage and carrots) Snack: Everest frappe Dinner: Starbucks vanilla iced latte and a pretzel sandwich (removed the tomatoes)
