What I Ate In A Week? (27.04.2020 - 03.05.2020) #LockdownDiet

Right so lockdown is killing my waistline, working from home means I have easy access to the fridge, to the junk food cupboard. Also I drink way too much coffee when I work at home.


Monday 27th April 2020

Breakfast: coffee (L'OR 10 Supremo pod), coffee (Starbucks Blonde pod), cheese on toast with Flying Goose sriracha sauce

Snack: coffee (L'OR 11 Ristretto pod) and another coffee (L'OR 9 Forza pod)

Lunch: M&S Mushroom Pappardelle

Snack: coffee x2 and Walkers Salt & Vinegar crisps plus carrot dipped in houmous

Dinner: dad's homemade mac and cheese with ham plus a few potato cubs and we


Tuesday 28th April 2020

Breakfast: coffee and cheese on toast with Flying Goose sriracha sauce

Snack: Harrogate Spring Water Sparkling water, Cawston Press Apple & Rhubarb, coffee

Lunch: homemade chicken caesar wrap and some Candy Kittens sour watermelon sweets

Snack: coffee and Bahlsen White chocolate biscuits plus carrot and houmous

Dinner: Pasta Evangelists Carbonara of Dreams With Fresh Rigatoni & Pancetta (blog post coming soon) and a can of Dr Pepper

Dessert: Ben & Jerry's chocolate chip cookie dough chunks



Wednesday 29th April 2020

Breakfast: coffee (L'OR 11 Ristretto) and a bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese, salmon flaked and Flying Goose sriracha sauce

Snack: sparkling water and a small Lindt white bunny plus a coffee

Lunch: I made Paella (not as nice as actual Spanish paella)

Snack: 2x coffees and Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie

Dinner: Pasta Evangelists Crab & Chilli Tortelloni With Tarragon Butter & Fennel Crumb (blog post coming soon)


Thursday 30th April 2020

Breakfast: coffee (L'OR 12 Onyx pod), coffee (L'OR 9 Forza), Volvic Sparkling water (I am drinking this 1.5litre throughout the day) and a bagel with bacon and plastic cheese (plastic cheese is the squared cheese you would put on a burger)

Snack: coffee x2 and Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie

Lunch: leftover paella with Flying Goose sriracha sauce

Snack: Bahlsen milk chocolate biscuits, coffee x3 and a glass of Dr Pepper Dinner: Takeaway kebab


Friday 1st May 2020

Breakfast: breakfast muffin with sausage and extra mature cheese and coffee x2

Snack: coffee (L'OR 12 Onyx pod)

Lunch: Yorkshire Provender Aromatic Thai Carrot Soup (best soup EVER)

Snack: Doritos guacamole chips (I didn't eat the whole bag) Dinner: takeaway Pizza Hut pepperoni pizza


Saturday 2nd May 2020

Lunch: my homemade nachos (click here to see the recipe)

Snack: The Collective peach and apricot yoghurt Dinner: chicken Caesar salad

Dessert: Little's French Vanilla cup of coffee


Sunday 3rd May 2020

Breakfast: Plain sweet waffles and a coffee

Lunch: chicken Caesar salad with olives plus Space Raiders

Dinner: katsu curry, yuk sung (recipe on the blog, click here), rice and a couple chips plus a glass of red wine

Dessert: Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream (I didn't eat it all)
