Another week on the diet and didn't do very well.


Monday 21st March 2022

Breakfast: Starbucks ice skinny latte, toast with avocado smash and chilli sauce (284 calories) Snack: Mogu Mogu passion fruit drink (150 calories) Lunch: quinoa and bulgur wheat salad (quinoa, bulgur wheat, red onion, spinach, parmigiano, chicken with caesar dressing) and Pom Bears cheese and onion crisps (452 calories) Snack: Kinder Bueno (123 calories) Dinner: Waitrose Thrive: Wholewheat Spaghetti with Creamy Mushrooms and Frube yoghurt (406 calories) - blog post coming soon about the Waitrose dish Calories: 1,415


Tuesday 22nd March 2022

Breakfast: Aqua Libra raspberry and blackcurrant sparkling water and toast with avocado smash and chilli sauce (155 calories) Snack: Swizzels drumstick squashies, Naked Noodles Thai chilli chicken cup of soup, Pom-Bear cheese and onion crisps (227 calories) Lunch: Morrisons chicken and bacon layer salad and I tried Cadbury caramilk (441 calories) Snack: Harleys cherry Bakewell jelly (I had two of them) and Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie (97 calories) Dinner: Old El Paso refried beans, brown basmati rice, guacamole, sour cream and chive dip and cheese (399 calories)

Dessert: vanilla yoghurt (134 calories) Calories: 1,453


Wednesday 23rd March 2022

Breakfast: coffee and toast with avocado smash and chilli sauce (162 calories) Snack: 2 bags of Pom-Bear cheese and onion crisps (128 calories) Lunch: Walkers wotsits, Vimto still water and Waitrose Hot Smoked Salmon salad (561 calories) Dinner: Old El Paso refried beans, brown basmati rice, guacamole, sour cream and chive dip and cheese (791 calories) - I had a full microwave bag of rice

Thursday 24th March 2022

Didn't calorie count, had a bad day.

Breakfast: Alpen chocolate and fudge bar Lunch: local takeaway to work - Snickers milkshake and pepperoni pizza Dinner: Rana tagliatelle carbonara

Friday 25th March 2022

This is my cheat day, don't calorie count.

Breakfast: Starbucks iced caramel macchiato Lunch: Taco Bell Cheesy Gordita Crunch (Pillowy flatbread covered in melted cheese and wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese and Cali ranch sauce​) and Seasoned Fries with nacho cheese sauce - I love Taco Bell

Dinner: homemade pizza (wholemeal tortilla wrap, basil pesto, black olives, cheese and half had tuna and the other half had parma ham)


Saturday 26th March 2022

Another cheat day, just so busy just eating loads of rubbish.

Breakfast: 2 x cups of coffee Lunch: Wasabi Salmon Onigiri and popcorn chicken

Snack: Doritos and Frube yoghurt Dinner: homemade kebab, dirty fries and a slice of pepperoni pizza


Sunday 27th March 2022

Breakfast: cheese and Marmite on toast plus a cup of coffee Lunch: Wetherspoon Ultimate burger (6oz beef patty, maple-cured bacon, cheddar cheese, signature burger sauce, gherkin) plus chips Dinner: Indian takeaway (pitau rice, keema naan, chips, chicken tikka masala and butter chicken) I don't really like Indian food so I tried a little of the curry.
