Lunch: Waitrose Chicken & Parmesan Fettuccine
Snack: Cup a Soup Chicken and Vegetable
Dinner: Korean beef noodles, tempura chicken and dirty fries plus a shandy

Dinner: chicken roasted with chorizo and olives plus savoury rice

Breakfast: coffee with a slice of coffee and walnut cake (I got cake for the office for my work anniversary) Lunch: chorizo, sweet potato, potato and onion mix and some chilli cheese bites Dinner: variety of spicy chicken bits, potato salad, broccoli, cauliflower and spicy houmous

Breakfast: coffee Lunch: chicken and stuffing sandwich with carrots and houmous Dinner: Taco Bell two Cheesy Gordita Crunch (Pillowy flatbread covered in melted cheese and wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese and Cali ranch sauce) and chips with cheese sauce
