What I Ate In A Week? (15.02.2021 - 21.02.2021)

I have the week off so thought I would do a What I Ate In A Week?


Monday 15th February

Breakfast: Marmite and cheese on toast plus a Little's French Vanilla Coffee

Morning Snack: Little's French Vanilla Coffee

Lunch: Super Noodles and a can of Dr Pepper (I haven't had Super Noodles for years until I had them the other day and now crave them)

Afternoon Snack: Little's French Vanilla Coffee

Dinner: glass of red wine, garlic chicken with cauliflower rice


Tuesday 16th February

Breakfast: Marmite and cheese on toast plus a Little's French Vanilla Coffee

Lunch: homemade pizza (wholemeal tortilla wrap with basil pesto, sweetcorn, olives, chilli's, mozzarella and parma ham)

Dinner: Super Noodles


Wednesday 17th February

Morning Snack: Milkybar Mousse

Lunch: Spicy Beef Noodle

Dinner: Thai prawn green curry with rice


Thursday 18th February

Breakfast: chorizo, sweet potato, red onion and regular potato

Morning Snack: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Lunch: ravioli

Dinner: homemade doner kebab and tandoori chicken with salad (I made it)


Friday 19th February

Breakfast: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Morning Snack: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Lunch: pitta with Italian chicken, pesto, mozzarella and leafy salad

Dinner: sausage cob


Saturday 20th February

Breakfast: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Lunch: refried bean in a tortilla wrap with guacamole and sour cream

Dinner: fish and chips


Sunday 21st February

Breakfast: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Morning Snack: Little's French Vanilla coffee

Lunch: tortilla wrap with cheese, chicken and spicy sauce

Dinner: chorizo, sweet potato, red onion and regular potato
