What I Ate In A Week? (14.03.2022 - 19.03.2022)

I am on my diet this week, 1,200 calories with one cheat day and I have really struggled.


Monday 14th March 2022

Breakfast: Starbucks Iced venti caffe latte, wholemeal toast with Seriously Strong spreadable cheese (372 calories) Snack: coffee (8 calories) Lunch: chicken with sweetcorn, Ainsley wild mushroom couscous and Cholula hot sauce (282 calories) Snack: jalapeno houmous and Proper Chips salt and vinegar lentil chips (464 calories) Dinner: Boots chicken and bacon caesar wrap (493 calories) Calories: 1,619


Tuesday 15th March 2022

Breakfast: avocado smash on wholemeal toast (154 calories) Snack: Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie (83 calories) Lunch: chicken with sweetcorn, Ainsley wild mushroom couscous and Cholula hot sauce plus houmous and Proper Chips salt and vinegar lentil chips (603 calories) Snack: 1 Tesco fizzy multicolour belts (18 calories) Dinner: Dorito's cool with Old El Paso refried beans, extra mature cheese, guacamole and sour cream and chive dip (352 calories) Calories: 1,211


Wednesday 16th March 2022

Breakfast: toast with avocado smash (154 calories) Snack: Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie (83 calories) Lunch: Old El Paso refried beans, extra mature cheese, guacamole and sour cream and chive dip plus houmous and Proper Chips lentil chips (595 calories) Dinner: Weight Watchers Chicken & Lemon Risotto, garlic dough ball and a slice of garlic flatbread (490 calories) I did a blog post on the Weight Watchers meal so click here for the review. Calories: 1,323 - I was starving today, really struggled.


Thursday 17th March 2022

Breakfast: toast with avocado smash (154 calories) Snack: a Fox's glacier min, Proper Chip lentil chips with houmous (209 calories) Lunch: Old El Paso refried beans, extra mature cheese, guacamole and sour cream and chive dip (385 calories) Snack: Vimto still water and Fibre One chocolate fudge brownie (88 calories) Dinner: Itsu vegetable gyoza with chilli miso soup and mini chicken kievs (355 calories) Calories: 1,191


Friday 18th March 2022

Cheat day so I am not calorie counting.

Breakfast: Califia Cold Brew coffee with almond milk and Greggs bacon sandwich Snack: Starbucks sugar free vanilla iced latte with caramel sauce and a blueberry muffin Lunch: Pizza Express carbonara pizza - I didn't have a full pizza Dinner: I made the whole family really bad/unhealthy food so I have a cheese burger but without the bread, dirty fries and a jalapeño popper that was fried


Saturday 19th March 2022

Breakfast: a glass of orange juice (164 calories) Snack: coffee (10 calories) Lunch: cheese burger - leftovers from last night (93 calories) Snack: coffee and Hartley 2 raspberry jelly pots (24 calories) Dinner: Weight Watchers Lincolnshire Sausage and Root Vegetable mash (285 calories) - there is a blog post coming about this.

Dessert: Little Moon chocolate hazelnut Calories: 1,157


Sunday 20th March 2022

Breakfast: fried eggs with chives on pesto toast (272 calories) Snack: vanilla yoghurt and a coffee (144 calories) Lunch: brown rice with Old El Paso refried beans, sour cream and chive dip, cheese and guacamole (399 calories) Snack: IKEA elderflower juice, Dorito's with sour cream and chive dip (298 calories) Dinner: homemade pizza on a wholemeal speeded tortilla wrap, pesto, cheese, chorizo, olives, sweetcorn, parma ham (I didn't calorie count, I was starving) Calories: Over
