What I Ate In A Week? (08.11.2021 - 14.11.2021)

This week is my birthday week, I took it off from work.


Monday 8th November 2021

Breakfast: bacon and cheese flat bread and a cup of coffee (after the picture I toasted this to melt the cheese) Lunch: wholemeal pitta with tuna and red onion and a can of Dr Pepper Snack: glass of red wine (evening treat) Dinner: spicy noodles

Tuesday 9th November 2021

Breakfast: M&S Cafe Iced vanilla latte Lunch: wholemeal pitta with tuna and red onion and a bottle of San Pellegrino Snack: DASH Peaches Water (favourite drink EVER) and a bag of Eat Real Lentil chips Dinner: pesto pasta and cooked salmon and a glass of red wine


Wednesday 10th November 2021

Breakfast: flatbread with cheese and bacon, a glass of Remedy Kombucha and a coffee Lunch: McDonald's cheese burger Snack: cheese and bacon fold-over (I did a recipe for this here) Dinner: Thai red beef and vegetables

Thursday 11th November 2021

Breakfast: coffee Lunch: chilli cheese chicken strips, chips and Heinz truffle mayo Dinner: Itsu gyoza and miso soup

Friday 12th November 2021

Breakfast: Starbucks almond cappuccino Lunch: ASK Italian raspberry lemonade, carbonara, garlic bread and chips Dinner: Dr Pepper


Saturday 13th November 2021 (My Birthday)

Breakfast: coffee Snack: Gunna Pink Punk Raspberry Lemonade Lunch: Super Noodles chicken and chilli cheese chicken strips Dinner: Vegetable Samosas from Leicester

Sunday 14th November 2021

Breakfast: coffee Lunch: Vegetable Samosas from Leicester Dinner: Sunday roast (roast chicken, roasted potatoes, mashed parsnip, stuffing and gravy)
