What I Ate In A Week? (07.03.2022 - 13.03.2022)

This week I am on my calorie counting diet with one cheat day. One thing I haven't mentioned is the amount of sparkling water I am drinking.


Monday 7th March 2022

Snack: Walkers Cheese & Onion Squares (97 calories) Lunch: burger wheat, red onion, shaved parmigiana, spinach, grilled chicken and caesar dressing (331 calories) Snack: Ryvita cheddar and cracked black pepper flatbread thins with Seriously Strong spreadable squares (99 calories) Dinner: Re:Nourish kale, spinach and turmeric soup with Gochujang pepper paste plus a blueberry muffin (487 calories) Total Calories: 1,014


Tuesday 8th March 2022

Breakfast: Warburton's wholemeal toast with Seriously Strong Spreadable Square (192 calories) Snack: Walkers Snack a Jacks salt and vinegar (78 calories) Lunch: BOL Thai Green Curry (255 calories) Snack: Fibre One Triple Choc Cake Bar (89 calories) Dinner: salmon with green pesto tagliatelle (522 calories) Total Calories: 1,136


Wednesday 9th March 2022

Breakfast: Warburton's bread toasted with bacon and a cup of coffee (230 calories) Lunch: Tilda lime and coriander rice with salmon (329 calories) Snack: extra mature cheese with olives (94 calories) Dinner: jerk chicken and wholegrain Mexican rice (391 calories) Total Calories: 1,075


Thursday 10th March 2022

Snack: 2 packets of Walkers Snack a Jacks salt and vinegar (156 calories) Lunch: Tilda lime and coriander rice with salmon and sweetcorn (329 calories) Snack: Maryland Birthday Cake Mini Cookies (98 calories) Dinner: BOL Korean Sweet Chilli Ramen (449 calories) Total Calories: 1,032


Friday 11th March 2022

Today is my cheat day so didn't count calories

Breakfast: Greggs vegan sausage roll Lunch: Thug Sandwich KFCaesar sandwich (Buttermilk chicken thighs, coated in a secret blend of herbs and spices, lettuce, tomato, garlic aioli, sriracha) Dinner: lamb kofta, rice and some spicy curry plus a poppadom


Saturday 12th March 2022

Breakfast: cheese on toast but only 15g of cheese which is sad plus a coffee and 100ml of orange juice (175 calories) Lunch: Walkers Cheese & Onion French fries, a slice of Morrisons The Best Spicy Milano Salami and 'Nduja Pizza and a slice of Pizza Express Carbonara pizza (454 calories) Snack: Walkers Cheese & Onion French fries (79 calories) Dinner: Old El Paso refried beans, rice and cheese (465 calories) Total Calories: 1,174


Sunday 13th March 2022

Breakfast: avocado on toast with smoked salmon, orange juice and a coffee (313 calories) Snack: Forest Feast cookie & cream almonds (114 calories) Lunch: Old El Paso refried beans, rice and cheese, Doritos and jalapeños (533 calories) Snack: passion fruit and a Hartley raspberry jelly (24 calories) Dinner: toast with stilton and red onion and another Hartley raspberry jelly (264 calories) Total Calories: 1,248 - I wasn't feeling very well and I think me going over my calories because of not feeling the best.
