It is most definitely not the healthiest week but after COVID-19 and feeling ill, comfort food was wanted.
Monday 6th April 2020
Breakfast: coffee (I have lactose free semi skimmed milk and no sugar) plus an omelette with red onion, ham and chilli sauce
Snack: coffee (I have been using L'OR India coffee pods with lactose free milk and no sugar)
Lunch: I had leftover pasta carbonara, spicy pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread plus a can of Dr Pepper
Snack: another coffee
Dinner: Nachos, there will be a recipe coming up soon because I love them, my brother loves them and so does my Dad.
Tuesday 7th April 2020
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: Itsu King Prawn wontons with Itsu miso soup and a can of Dr Pepper
Snack: coffee and Wagon Wheels
Dinner: M&S King Prawn Alfredo
I took a bottle of water to bed and drank it all.

Lunch: nachos (I made them again)
Snack: Don Simon Mango & Passionfruit Juice and The Collective Peach & Apricot yoghurt and The Collective Vanilla Puds Dinner: beef burger with cheese and McDonald's Big Mac sauce (I managed to get a pot of it before the lockdown)
Thursday 9th April 2020
Breakfast: coffee (love the Starbucks blonde pods - my usual Starbucks coffee is blonde when I order from the store) and The Collective Vanilla Puds
Lunch: tuna and red onion wholemeal pitta
Snack: coffee
Dinner: mushroom and bacon pasta and a Estrella beer
Dessert: some Halo Top chocolate chip cookie dough

Breakfast: bacon sandwich and coffee Lunch: ravioli Dinner: Chinese aromatic duck pancake and Chinese curry

Breakfast: The Collective Strawberry yoghurt
Snack: Waitrose Merlot grape juice with ice (I drank the whole bottle) Lunch: Heinz chicken soup
Dinner: marinated chicken with Caesar salad and a potato (the dressing was spilt on my plate not on the salad - whoops!)

This is the day that I got ill the most so barely ate and what I did have didn't eat a lot
Lunch: pesto pasta Dinner: slice of pizza and some kebab meat (family ordered a takeaway)
