What I Ate In A Week? (05.08.2019 - 11.08.2019)

I have decided to share what I eat in a week, maybe it will shame me into eating less rubbish especially as I have started working out now so don't want to waste my calories on rubbish.


Monday 5th August 2019

Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend) and Starbucks Berry Crunch (Greek-style yoghurt with crunchy granola and mixed berry compote)

Snack: Nescafé coffee with lactose milk and Highland Spring sparkling water

Lunch: RANA Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella Tortelloni

Snack: M&S Spanish Serrano Ham Crisps

Dinner: slice of M&S vegetable pizza and Caesar salad (iceberg lettuce, garlic and herb croutons, parmesan and casear sauce)


Tuesday 6th August 2019

Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend) and Tropicana® Boost Berry

Lunch: chicken caesar salad, Wotsits and Innocent Bubble Sparkling apple and berry

Snack: Lindt chocolate bar

Dinner: chicken Caesar salad, boiled potatoes and coleslaw plus 500ml Lucozade Apple Blast


Wednesday 7th August 2019

Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend) and Kelloggs Special milk chocolate bar

Lunch: RANA Chicken & Smoked Pancetta Tortelloni

Snack: Nescafé coffee with lactose milk and a McDonalds vanilla milkshake, 6 spicy chicken nuggets (I had to try them with my sister and mum)

Dinner: asparagus wrapped in pancetta, Caesar salad, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob and onion bharji


Thursday 8th August 2019

Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend)

Snack: Nescafé coffee with lactose milk and Kelloggs Special milk chocolate bar

Lunch: RANA Prosciutto Cotto & Mozzarella Tortelloni, Quavers and Dr Pepper

Dinner: homemade paella and olive bread


Friday 9th August 2019

Breakfast: Starbuck grande cappuccino (with the blonde blend) and Belvita Soft Filled Chocolate Hazelnut

Snack: bacon cob

Lunch: spicy chicken burger with lettuce and spicy chips (my line manager treated me)

Dinner: chilli nachos


Saturday 10th August 2019

Breakfast: Yeo Valley Greek Style yoghurt

Snack: Doisy & Dam Dark Chocolate Almond Butter cups

Lunch: Walkers Oven Baked with veg beetroot with sweet chilli jam crisps and Walkers Oven Baked with veg sweet potato with paprika crisps

Dinner: Spaghetti carbonara


Sunday 11th August 2019

Lunch: pesto pasta, Ben & Jerry's cookie dough ice cream and Dr Pepper Dinner: Tandoori Chicken, pitta and rice
