Thought I would show you my not so healthy week.


Monday 5th July 2021

Breakfast: Starbucks Iced caramel macchiato with almond milk and cheese spread on toast Lunch: Morrisons pesto pasta with carrots salad, Walker's KFC crisps and Dr Pepper Dinner: Pasta Evangelists Black Truffle Mac & Cheese (blog post coming soon)

Dessert: Pasta Evangelists Chocolate & Ricotta Dessert Triangoli with a Hazelnut Crumb (blog post coming soon too)

Tuesday 6th July 2021

Breakfast: coffee and a bacon sandwich on brown bread Lunch: Chinese vegetable curry and rice Dinner: Dad's homemade mac and cheese

Wednesday 7th July 2021

Breakfast: bacon and hash brown sandwich on brown bread Snack: sugar free Red Bull - I barely ever drink energy drinks, only when I feel really tired and drained Lunch: paella

Snack: M&S Cappuccino bar and VOSS sparkling water Dinner: burger with cheese, pickles, onions

Thursday 8th July 2021

Breakfast: bacon and hash brown sandwich on brown bread Lunch: paella, Alpro vanilla dessert and AriZona tea Dinner: Pret A Manger chicken caesar and bacon baguette and rhubarb lemonade

Friday 9th July 2021

Breakfast: cheese spread on toast and a coffee Lunch: KFC Zinger® Box Meal (100% chicken breast Fillet burger with an added Zing plus two spicy Hot Wings, regular fries, regular gravy and bottle of water) Dinner: Pasta Evangelists Fettuccine with Black Truffle Alfredo


Saturday 10th July 2021

Breakfast: avocado on toast with a fried egg and bacon plus a coffee Lunch: pizza Dinner: IKEA hot dog, ice cream plus chips and curry sauce as well as IKEA blackcurrant, blueberry and acerola oat smoothie

Sunday 11th July 2021

Breakfast: salmon on toast Lunch: spicy noodles Dinner: burger with cheese, onion, gherkins and lettuce
