If you read my last Me & My Health blog post (click here to read) then you will know that I am trying to calorie count and keep it under 1,500 calories but also have one cheat day a week. I have had quite an active week this week, I was off of work and helping to clean out my parents unit, organise the boxes and repack it up.

My cheat day and I thought I would have been worse but I wasn't that bad.
