Weekly Pamper Routine 2018 #Blogmas2018

Most Sunday‘s (9 out of 10) I give myself a little pampering, it’s my way to refresh myself for the new week. I have decided to share it with you and also to recommend some products I love using and show you how some Sunday’s I do blog posts like face mask reviews. What's funny is I am working on Sunday so I gave myself a pampering on Friday so I could put it up onto this blog.

Hair Mask

No sooner I wake up I take my hair out of whatever updo I have going on and put a hair mask on and leave it on pretty much all day.

Remove Nail Polish

This step doesnt come straight after hair mask, between this I could be working on my business or writing blog posts or even catching up on YouTube videos or reading a book but I remove my nail polish from my toes. I don’t wear nail polish on my fingers because I’m not allowed it at work so when I had a week off of work I loved painting my nails. I like to remove my nail polish and let the nail air out.

Facial Cleanse & Exfoliate

I love Liz Earle products and have been using up all of my full size products plus my miniature so I can repurchase.

Face Mask

Generally this is when I do my first impressions on face masks because I love trying new face masks all of the time plus this is the perfect time to try them out.

Product Used: Montagne Jeunesse Pink Lemonade Peel Off

Relaxing Bath

I run myself a bath with a bath bomb whilst wearing the face mask

Product Used: Lush Candy Mountain Yule Log Bubble Bar Book I'm Currently Reading: Tina Turner - My Love Story Songs Played: Annie Lennox - Walking On Broken Glass, Brenda Russell - Piano In The Dark, Earth Wind & Fire - September, Tina Turner - Private Dancer, Eternal - I Wanna Be The Only One, George Ezra - Hold My Girl and Prince - Little Red Corvette

Shampoo & Condition

I can't remember what shampoo and conditioner I used in this blog post but I washed my hair.

Cleanse, Exfoliate & Shave

I exfoliate all of my body then shaved my legs and armpits using the Nivea mousse as a shaving foam.

Products Used: Soap & Glory The Scrub Of Your Life, Nivea Luxurious Shower Silk Mousse and Bic 2 Razor

Pedicure

I filed my toes and painted them, the topcoat is a fast drying so I went and got a drink and sorted a few bits out then put these amazing nourishing socks on for about 30 minutes, it may have been longer because I fell asleep in my dressing gown.

Products Used: Sinful Colours Base Coat, Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in 410 Lavender Cloud, Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing Topcoat and Montagne Jeunesse Soften Sock Masques

Moisturising

I love the smell of this moisturiser, I use on my body from neck down, during the Winter period my body is dry.

Charcoal Tooth Powder

I don't know if this stuff actually work but I use it once a week to detox my teeth, I use charcoal face masks and know that my skin feels better afterwards so using this toothpowder maybe helping I don't know.

Facial Serums

I have started using more serums to target areas that need a little extra help like the The Ordinary Argireline Solution 10% to reduce the appearance of fine lines (I am testing it out for a blog post).

Toner & Moisturiser

Just before bed I give myself the last bit of pampering by soaking cotton rounds in Liz Earle Instant Boost™ Skin Tonic and wiping it all over my skin letting it sink in then use the Malin+Goetz lip balm and Astral moisturiser then dot BalanceMe Congested Skin Serum onto my spots - I have had a bit of a break out (hormonal) then soaked cotton rounds in Liz Earle Eyebright™ Soothing Eye Lotion and put a cotton round on each eye and lay down letting the cotton rounds act as an eye mask.
