The Proper Meat Company (Knottingley 2021)

I have been popping into a new butchers - it is a new butcher to me and thought I would share it.

Now I am going to blame my work colleague Maine for me doing into this butchers because she was raving about the chicken Kievs. Just so you are aware I haven't put any prices to these because I can't remember them.

Beef En Croute (garlic)

Minced beef stuffed with garlic sauce and wrapped in pastry, tasted so good and I have purchased it another time.

Chicken Kiev

This is the reason I started shopping at this butchers, Maine raves about these and I will, I have bought these on several occasions, they are massive chicken breast kievs, the first time I tried it, it was in the picture above and I didn't manage to eat it all because it was that big.

Salt & Pepper Beef Skewers

This is definitely my favourite thing I have bought from the butchers, love them.

Mexican Beef Truffle

This is a beef steak meat with chilli sauce and Mexican coater and streaky bacon, this isn't my favourite, I have tried it but probably won't have it again.

One thing that is brilliant about this place, if they don't have the item on display they will actually make it up for you if they have the ingredients.
