Revolución De Cuba (Liverpool 2024)

I got to Liverpool before the girls arrived so took my sister out for lunch and I wanted to go somewhere on the Docks because I love this area.

We decided to get a cocktail and three tapas dishes, initially we were going to choose different ones but me and my sister chose the same dishes.

I ordered an Espresso Rumtini which is Havana Club Añejo Especial, Kahlúa, freshly brewed coffee and vanilla, very delicious and I want more.

We both ordered Charred Halloumi with roasted peppers, sweet potato and courgette in a sweet sticky sauce, the halloumi was delicious but I wasn't keen on the vegetables.

We also bought Spicy Fried Chicken served with rum mayo and pickled chillies, this tastes amazing and I could have had a lot more of this.

Also ordered were the Loaded Nachos topped with beef picadillo, cheese sauce, homemade guacamole, sour cream, pico de Gallo and jalapeños, I liked these, wish I told them to remove the pico de Gallo, I hate tomatoes.

It was reasonably priced, food and drink arrived quickly, the only bad side is the table was sticky otherwise I would recommend going again.
