I saw this in Waitrose and thought it sounded amazing, I love carbonara and I love chorizo.

HOW TO COOK (microwave from frozen):
Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid several times
Place into the microwave and heat on full power for 6 minutes.
Peel back film lid, stir well and re-cover.
Heat on full power for a further 2 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir before serving.
HOW TO COOK (oven from frozen):
Pre-heat oven. Fan 180°c/Gas 6
Remove outer packaging & pierce film lid several times.
Place onto a baking tray near the middle of the oven, cook for 30 minutes.
Peel back film lid, stir, recover and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Stir before serving.
I microwaved the meal and it came out piping hot, smelt so good and tasted amazing, since trying it I have purchased and devoured it already so you can tell I love it. There is a lot of chorizo in it, when I say lots I mean enough.
