REVIEW: Whitby Seafoods Gluten Free Wholetail Scampi

I love scampi but can't eat it now that I am gluten free so when I saw this I had to try it out.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (per 100g oven-cooked scampi):

HOW TO COOK:

Oven cook - From Frozen. Always cook from frozen. The instructions below are just a guide; do make sure our scampi are piping hot throughout before serving. Once cooled, please don't reheat.

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7, Remove all packaging and place the scampi on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 18 mins, turning half way through cooking, until crisp and golden.



These were delicious, the batter tasted good, normally gluten free is a little heavy but this was good.
