Some times I like to be lazy and get a microwave meal so here is this one.
PACKAGING: Plastic tray with plastic film and a cardboard sleeve
INGREDIENTS: Cooked rice (43%) (water, long grain rice, red pepper, green pepper, onion, tomato paste, rapeseed oil, lemon juice, garlic purée, chopped coriander, salt, green chilli purée, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, turmeric, chilli powder, ground bay leaf), diced chicken breast (22%), peas, onion, half fat cream (milk), sweetcorn, red pepper, rapeseed oil, cornflour, chopped coriander, mashed chipotle chillies, garlic purée, salt, concentrated lime juice, concentrated orange juice, smoked paprika, chopped mint, cumin, garlic powder, chilli powder, colour (paprika extract), chopped oregano, cracked black pepper

HOW TO COOK:
Oven cook
From Chilled
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before heating and follow guidelines from chilled. Do not refreeze once defrosted. (Time 20 mins, Oven: 190°C, Fan: 170°C, Gas: Gas Mark 5)

From Frozen
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. (800W: 8 mins, 900W: 7 mins 30 secs, 1000W: 7 mins)

Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate and heat. Heat until piping hot. Stand for 1 minute. (800W: 4 mins, 900W: 3 mins 30secs, 1000W: 3 mins)
I microwaved it from chilled. I need a little more flavouring, maybe a little more spice because I didn't find it spicy at all.
