I love ramen, I will hold my hands up and admit I have never been to Wagamamas.
INGREDIENTS:
Ramen Noodles: Wheat Flour, Water, Modified Tapioca Starch, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Acidity Regulators (Lactic Acid, Potassium Carbonate), Stabilizer (Sodium Alginate), Chicken Stock: Sugar, Chicken Bones, Chicken Fat, Yeast Extract, Salt, Ginger Puree, Flavouring, Chicken Extract, Garlic Powder, Onion, Modified Maize Starch, Onion Concentrate, Ginger Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, Sesame Seeds: Hulled Sesame Seeds (78%), Black Sesame Seeds (15%), Savoury Sauce (Soya Beans, Water, Sea Salt, Koji (Aspergillus Oryzae)), Wakame Seaweed: Wakame Seaweed
Things you need to purchase separately this is:
Chicken
Seasonal greens (peashoots/baby spinach)
I have bought chicken, baby spinach and also spring onion (love spring onion)
HOW TO:
Step 1: In a hot pan, with matching lid, add your chicken breasts with a dash of oil and colour on both sides

Step 2: Turn the heat down and put the lid on the pan until the chicken is cooked all the way through
Step 3: Put 400ml of boiling water into a jug, add your broth paste followed by the wakame and stir

Step 4: Refresh your noodles in boiling water for 20 seconds, drain and then add to your bowls

Step 5: Pour the stock and wakame mix and over the noodles

Step 6: Take the chicken off the heat and carve at a 45 degree angle and fan on top of the noodles and broth

Step 7: Garnish with your seasonal greens and sprinkle sesame seeds all over the dish

I really love how this tastes, this serves two people so I put half into a microwave pot for me to have for my lunch, I love how this tastes, if you don't like the taste of fish then maybe you won't like this but I love this.
