REVIEW: The INKEY List™ Oat Cleansing Balm

I have needed a new cleanser for a while and saw my sister uses The INKEY List™ and her skin looks quite good so thought I would try it.

PACKAGING:

Plastic squeeze tube in a cardboard box

CLAIMS:

This luxurious cleansing balm gently dissolves make-up, cleans, and nourishes the skin, making it ideal for sensitive skin types. Combining soothing colloidal oatmeal with ceramides to support skin’s natural protective barrier, it's also formulated with oat kernel oil.

INGREDIENTS:

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil, Candelilla Cera (Cire de candelilla), Silica, Sorbitan Stearate, Tribehenin, PEG-60 Almond Glycerides, Avena Sativa (Oat) Kernel Flour, Aqua (Water/Eau), Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Lecithin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Tocopherol, Biosaccharide Gum-4, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil.

HOW TO USE:

The ideal gentle AM and PM cleanser. Gently massage a small amount onto dampened face and neck, add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.

Full face of makeup.

The consistency of this cleanser is oily but also has some form of grit, exfoliator in there.

I cleanse my skin with the cleanser, warm water and a flannel and my skin feels clean but moisturised.

I write this blog post on 3rd July and I have actually finished this bottle of cleanser and have ordered another one because my skin is a lot clearer and really nice with this cleanser. It is two in one, it cleanses and it moisturises.
