REVIEW: The Gym Kitchen Singapore Noodles

I mentioned in the previous The Gym Kitchen meal 'REVIEW: The Gym Kitchen Korean Beef Chilli' that I wanted to try these because my sister had tried them and they looked and smelt good.

INGREDIENTS: Egg Noodles (21%) [Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour with Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Salt, Paprika, Turmeric], Cooked Chicken Breast (17%) [Chicken Breast, Cornflour], Water, Carrots (11%), Red Peppers (11%), Savoy Cabbage (5%), Red Onions (5%), Spring Onions, Onions, Coconut Milk, Ginger Purée, Garlic Purée, Dark Soy Sauce [Water, Salt, Plain Caramel, Sugar, Soya Beans, Wheat, Alcohol], Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Curry Powder [Spices, Mustard Powder, Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium, Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Celery Seeds, Flavouring], Cornflour, Lime Leaf, Salt, Lime Juice from Concentrate, White Wine Vinegar, Turmeric, Chicken Stock [Chicken Extract, Yeast Extract, Water, Salt], Coriander Powder, Pectin, Red Chillies, Black Pepper

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.

  2. Microwave on full power for 2 1/2 minutes (800W), or 2 minutes (900W).

  3. Stir thoroughly, re-cover and continue microwaving on full power for 2 minutes (800W or 900W). Stir thoroughly.

  4. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.

I really liked this dish, it was so flavoursome, I can't believe how nice and healthy it is but still has flavour.
