My sister had a The Gym Kitchen meal and it smelt amazing so I thought I would try these dishes out.
PACKAGING: Plastic bowl with cardboard sleeve
INGREDIENTS: Cooked Brown Rice (26%) [Water, Brown. Rice], Beef (22%), Broccoli (13%), Water, Sweetcorn (7%), Red Peppers, Green Lentils (4%), Onions, Gochujang Paste [Glucose Syrup, Water, Fructose, Black Soya Beans, Concentrated Red Pepper Juice, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Onion Powder, Salt, Onion Juice Concentrate, Tomato Powder, White Wine Vinegar, Cayenne Powder, Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Colour (Paprika Extract), Soya Beans, Rice Flour, Spirit Vinegar], Yellow Split Peas, Ginger Purée, Garlic Purée, Cornflour, Tomato Paste, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Chilli Powder

HOW TO COOK:
Step 1: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
Step 2: Microwave on full power for 212 minutes (800W), or 2 minutes (900W).
Step 3: Stir thoroughly, re-cover and continue microwaving on full power for 2 minutes (800W or 900W).
Step 4: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Do not reheat once cooled.
I hate lentils, HATE them but I think this meal has converted me, I loved the flavours and felt full, these sort of healthy meals are never filling but this one is. I have bought some more of them so wait till you see those blog posts, I hope they are nice like this one.

Dog wouldn't eat it, so it went in the bin. Pulled a Cook meal from the freezer, 26% beef, absolutely loads on it.
Gym Kitchen chef needs to go back to SpecSavers! 😂
