REVIEW: Samyang Hot Pepper Stir-Fried Ramen

I have decided to do a week full of Samyang and I know I am gluten free but I try these out for you the blog.



PACKAGING:

Foil packet with plastic or foil flavouring packets


INGREDIENTS: Noodles (81.6%): Wheat Flour, Refined Palm Oil,Salt, Emulsifier[Soy Lecithin (E322(i))],Acidity Regulator [Potassium Carbonate (E501 (i)), Sodium Carbonate (E500 (I)),Sodium Phosphate Dibasic(E339(ii))], Thickener[Guar Gum(E412)], Mixed Tocopherol Powder (E306), Green Tea Flavour Oil, Riboflavin(E101), Citric Acid(E330)


Soup (10.9%): White Sugar, Yeast Powder, Artificial Chicken Flavor Powder(Soy, Wheat), Soy Sauce Powder (Celery, Wheat), Flavour Enhancer [Monosodium L-Glutamate (E621)], Salt, Roasted Sesame Powder, Black Pepper Power, Garlic Powder, Pepper Powder (Soy), Chili Extract Powder, Colour[Caramel Powder (E150c), Paprika Extract(E160c)], Onion Powder, Vegetable Oil(Onion, Garlic, Soy) Maltodextrin, Red Pepper Seed Oil, Decolorized Chili Extract

HOW TO COOK:

  1. Add noodles into 600ml of boiling water.

  2. Cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

  3. Please remove water from noodles.

  4. Add the powder, flakes and oil.

  5. Stir well and serve.



Really liked these noodles, I think I would like to get these again and add chicken and some chunky vegetables to make it a full on meal. You can taste the pepper which is nice.
