PACKAGING:

The bottles are like the Salon Complete range, I quite like this glass bottle.

HOW TO:

  1. Apply one coat of Color Therapy™ to clean, dry, nails and allow to dry for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Apply a second coat of Color Therapy™ and let dry thoroughly.

  3. Top it off with Color Therapy™ Top Coat™ for glossy shine and extended wear. Finish by applying Color Therapy™ Nail & Cuticle Oil™ for nails and cuticles that instantly look healthier, restored, and rejuvenated.

MY PREP:

Now I thought I would explain how I prep my nails before using these colours, I file down the nails to make them straight and even, buff the tops of them, use clippers on any nails that have broken away, push my cuticles back, clipping any that may need to then using a lint free pad and some of my favourite acetone Cutex Ultra Powerful Nail Polish Remover, I clean the nail after.

MY REMOVAL:

My removal is always the same, I use lint free pad with Cutex Ultra Powerful Nail Polish Remover.

QUICK NOTE:

You will notice that I did some of these nail trials back in 2020 and didn't mention it in my Nail Polish Collection blog post, I didn't want to give it away.

Teal Good

My nails prepped and ready.

Coat #1: First coat is pretty decent, if you aren't a slight perfectionist like me you could leave it with the one coat but I need another one. I paint my nails left hand and then right hand and by the time I had finished painting them, took the picture they were dry.

Coat #2: Second coat is definitely a NEED for me.

Top Coat: I am so used to using my Seche Vive top coat that pretty much instantly dries but this doesn't but it doesn't take long to dry down.

Cuticle Oil: I love the brush, it is short and stubby but worth it, I need to use as much cuticle oil and hand cream as possible right now with the over use of hand gel and winter weather, my fingers are dry.

It's a cute colour, not one I normally do.

Update #1 (Day #5): My thumb on my left hand is quite chipped.

Update #2 (Day #6): A few more chipped nails.

Removal (Day #6): I removed the nail polish with my usual nail polish removed, it stained my nails as you can see, what I did do is do another removal.

Date Tried: Sunday 22nd November 2020

Love And Adom

I prepped my nails and as you can see they are still stained from the previous nail polish.

Coat #1: Patchy and streaky.

Coat #2: Still patchy, I have been a little messy with it.

Coat #3: Better look.

Top Coat: I allowed the colour to dry and then applied the top coat which makes it really shiny.

Cuticle Oil: very hydrating and makes the nails look a lot better.

This colour reminds me of the emoji.

Update #1 (Day #5): A few chips

Update #2 (Day #8): More chips and regrowth.

Removal (Day #8): Removal was easy and no staining.

Date Tried: Saturday 28th November 2020

Red-itation

All prepped and ready.

Coat #1: Slightly patchy.

Coat #2: Perfect colour.

Top Coat: The top coat does give a lovely shine to the colour.

Cuticle Oil: I really think this cuticle oil has saved my nails, cuticles and fingers during the colder season.

The gold glitter in the red isn't my sort of look.

Update #1 (Day #3): Chips.

Update #2 (Day #4): Hasn't lasted as long as the other colours.

Removal (Day #4): Removal was easy although glitter has still been left.

Date Tried: Thursday 31st December 2020

Red-y To Glow

All prepped and ready to go.

Coat #1: Streaky with one coat.

Coat #2: Done

Top Coat: glossy top coat

Cuticle Oil: Hydrated cuticles.

Don't really like this nail polish colour.

Update #1 (Day #4): Chips galore.

Removal (Day #6): Nails stained even with me doing my usual removal.

Date Tried: Sunday 3rd January 2021

Calming Cranberry

All buffed and prepped for the colour.

Coat #1: Streaky and patchy nails.

Coat #2: A lot better

Top Coat: applied and glossy.

Cuticle Oil: I really like this cuticle oil

I don't know if I like this colour.

Update #1 (Day #2): Chips, chips and yet some chips

Removal (Day #3): Removal was easy.

Date Tried: Sunday 10th January 2021

Good As Blue

Last time to prep for these lacquers for this blog post.

Coat #1: not bad for the first coat

Coat #2: good shade

Top Coat: shiny, shiny.

Cuticle Oil: such a good cuticle oil

I like this blue shade.

Update #1 (Day #7): this has chipped pretty back but lasted a decent time.

Removal (Day #7): Forgot to take photos but it was easy to remove with no stain.

Date Tried: Sunday 28th February 2021

I like these nail polishes, they don't last the longest but the cuticle oil dries quick so you can continue with your day and not leave a trace of oil all over the place.
