Really flavourful, you might be wondering if I ate it plain, I did try it plain for the purpose of the blog post but since trying it I have got this a few more times, I had it with basil pesto, with parmesan cheese and some basil oil. When I cooked it the first time I got distracted and over cooked it slightly but still tasted amazing.
