I have never tried a dessert from Pasta Evangelists so treated me and the family to this dish, cooking it after my mum did an Italian meal.
HOW IT COMES: The dishes I have chosen come in a recycled cardboard box with insolation.
ABOUT THE DISH:
Fresh triangoli parcels encase a velvety filling which blends chocolate and hazelnuts and will transport you to Turin, the capital of Piedmont, in the far north-western corner of Italy.
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Triangoli (200g):
Pasta (Durum WHEAT Semolina, WHEAT Flour “00”, EGG, Cocoa Powder, Rice Flour), Filling (Ricotta Cheese (Cow’s MILK, Cream (MILK), Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Nutella (Sugar, Palm Oil, Hazelnuts (NUTS), Skimmed MILK Powder, Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Lecithin (SOYA), Vanillin))
Butter (35g):
Butter (MILK)
Hazelnut Crumb (5g):
Hazelnuts (NUTS)
HOW TO MAKE:
Melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the pasta directly to the hot butter and fry for 3 minutes, gently coaxing the triangoli around the pan with a spoon or spatula until the pieces begin to evenly brown and crispen up on both sides.
Plate and sprinkle with the hazelnut crumb. Buon appetito!

They were delicious, I am not a fan of butter, don't like the taste of it so I am glad you get the sweet and nutty taste of the triangoli.
