I know you probably have read millions of blog posts about this foundation, I have never tried a NARS foundation and tripped into Space NK and accidentally purchased this foundation.

Before we start I use the Benefit POREfessional on the right side of my face (left in the picture). I use this primer when I have a long day so thought I would see how it works with and without primer. Also the only other face product I use is a bronzer to contour, I don’t want to use any concealer or powders that might effect the way the foundation sits and the end review will be a full face.
Sponge
Every time I do a first impression or review of a foundation I get a brand new Real Techniques Miracle Complexion sponge that I went.
Bare faced with skincare.
Primer on one side.
Foundation applied using my sponge, it is okay but I think I need to let it sink in to see what happens.
Contoured using my everyday contour powder which is NARS.
Makeup all done, it is patchy and looks odd around my nose.
7:30pm: I think this foundation looks patchy in those dry areas, the skin is definitely glow-y.

Brush
Every time I do a first impressions or review of a foundation I use a clean Morphe M6 Flat Buffer Foundation brush.
Bare faced.
Primer on the one side like normal.
Foundation applied with the brush looks better on the skin.
Using the same contour products as the previous look.
Makeup all done and I quite like the look.
7pm: If it wasn't for the dry patches this foundation would be perfect.

Fingers
Bare faced, very spotty but only skincare.
Primer on one side.
Foundation applied using my fingers and didn't really like how it looked.
Contoured with the same products, the contour is okay but the foundation is patchy.
Makeup all done, the foundation collects in the creases
6pm: Collecting in the dry parts and creases.

If my skin wasn't so dry I think this foundation would have been perfect, seriously would have but it isn't so that is why I have given it a lower score
