I love my dad's mac and cheese but it is full of gluten and he has made a batch of gluten free for me which is delicious but I love being able to get a microwave meal when I am having a busy day.

INGREDIENTS: Cooked Gluten Free Pasta (38%) (Cornflour, Rice Flour, Water, Emulsifier: E471), Semi-Skimmed Milk, Mature Cheddar Cheese (Milk) (18%), Single Cream (Milk) (4.5%), Water, Cornflour, Broad Bean Flour, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Mustard Flour, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Pimentoes, Turmeric

HOW TO COOK (Microwave):
From Chilled.
Remove sleeve.
Pierce film.
750W 3 mins, 30 secs
900W 3 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min.
HOW TO COOK (Oven):
From Chilled.
Preheat oven.
Remove sleeve and film.
Place on baking tray.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 25 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min.
To make the topping crispier, cook for a further 10 mins.
I prefer my dad's mac and cheese but would definitely get more of these to have when I am mega busy. I added a little black cracked pepper to it and it was a lot better.
