My favourite lasagne before going gluten free was from Aldi.
PACKAGING: Tray & Sleeve
INGREDIENTS: Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tomatoes (24%), Beef (23%), Gluten free Pasta (9%) (Cornflour, Rice Flour, Emulsifier: E471), Water, Regato Cheese (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Onions, Tomato Paste, Cornflour, Medium Fat Hard Cheese (Milk), Carrots, Celery, Garlic Purée, Salt, Basil Infused Vegetable Oil (Sunflower/Rapeseed), Broad Bean Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Oregano, Coarse Ground Black Pepper, Basil, Stabiliser: Pectin, Ground Nutmeg, Ground White Pepper, Ground Rosemary, Ground Bay Leaves

HOW TO COOK (Microwave):
From Chilled.
750W 4 mins, 30 secs
900W 4 mins
Remove sleeve.
Pierce film.
Cook on High (100%).
Allow to stand for 2 mins
HOW TO COOK (Oven):
From Chilled.
Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4, 30 mins
Preheat oven.
Remove sleeve and film.
Place on baking tray.
Allow to stand for 1 min.
To make the topping crispier, cook for a further 10 mins.
I still prefer Aldi's but can't have it due to the gluten so this is the best gluten free lasagne I have tried.
