First of all I thought I would mention that I tried this on Thursday 28th December 2023 before I went gluten free. The reason I purchased this was because I had been loving the Zizzi Chorizo Carbonara (read the blog post here) and keep seeing the Goodfella's and wanted to see if it was amazing like the Zizzi's.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Cooked Spaghetti (Water, Durum Wheat Semolina), Cheese Blend (8%) (Mature Cheddar (Milk), Regato (Milk), Mozzarella (Milk)), Half Fat Cream (Milk), Chorizo (5%) (Pork, Pork Fat, Salt, Paprika, Dextrose, Chilli Powder, Barley Malt Vinegar, Rosemary Extract, Sage, Paprika Extract, Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Preservative (Sodium Nitrite)), Semi Skimmed Milk, Maize Starch, Garlic Purée, Cheese Stock (Water, Natural Flavouring, Cheese Powder (Milk), Vegetable Oil (contains Sunflower or Rapeseed Oil), Salt, Yeast Extract), Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper, Nutmeg

HOW TO COOK (microwave from frozen):
Pierce the film lid.
Full Power for: 700W 8 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins
Peel back the film lid & stir.
Re-cover and microwave for a further:
700W 3 mins, 800W 3 mins, 900W 3 mins
Stand for 1 minute, remove the film lid, stir and serve.
HOW TO COOK (oven cook from chill):
200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 30 mins
Pre-heat the oven.
Pierce the film lid.
Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Cook for 20 mins, peel back the film lid and stir.
Replace the lid and cook for further 10 mins.
Stand for 2 minutes then stir well and serve.
I microwaved this dish, it was really tasty but wasn't as tasty as the Zizzi's version, there isn't a lot of chunky bits of chorizo.
