I saw Bethany Mota did a video on drinking a gallon and thought I would try it out, I have heard that drinking more water will help with my skin, my mood, my emotions and my energy so thought I would try it for a week and see how it goes.
Day 1: I struggled to drink first thing in the morning but did it, I was constantly peeing. I have been freezing cold today and struggled to get warm.
Day 2: Last night was terrible I kept waking up needing to pee. Done a gallon today and I think this experiment will end after a week.
Day 3: I feel like this diet or whatever you want to call it is going to kill me, ever I am going to fall asleep and walk into traffic or I am going to explode. I hate the fact that I don’t seem to sleep any more, constantly peeing.
Day 4: I had a day off today and only managed to drink half of the bottle.
Day 5: Feel sick after drinking all of this water.
Day 6: Didn’t manage to do a full gallon but not far off.
Day 7: I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin, my mood or energy.
