I have become slightly obsessed with Charlie Bingham meals so wanted to try this for you.

HOW TO COOK:
Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7 (+10 mins)Please don't grill!
Pre-heat oven.
Remove film but leave the tikka masala and rice in their wooden trays.
Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.
Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 25 mins.
Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
Make sure it's piping hot.
This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.
Here is a little spoiler, I have purchased many more of this meal, I love the tikka so much, I know I am single and buying a meal for two however I actually save the other serving and have it for lunch and somebody at work mentioned my lunch looked and smelt nice.
