I love the chicken tikka so thought I would give this ago.



PACKAGING: Wooden tray, cellophane wrap and cardboard sleeve


INGREDIENTS: Cooked Rice (Water, Rice), Chicken (20%), Coconut, Onions, Flaked Almonds, Water, Butter (Milk), Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Ginger Purée, Sugar, Salt, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Parsley, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Mustard Seeds, Ground Cardamom, Turmeric, Ground White Pepper, Ground Fenugreek, Mustard Powder, Ground Turmeric, Cumin Seeds, Ground Ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Chilli Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Dill, Ground Mace, Ground Cloves, Ground Bay Leaves, Secret ingredient: Obsession


NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION (as sold per 100g):

  • Energy: 740 kJ

  • Energy: 177 kcal

HOW TO COOK:

Electric 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas mark 7 (+5 mins), 30 mins

  1. Pre-heat oven. Remove film but leave the korma and rice in their wooden trays. Unfold the foil and tightly wrap over the top of the rice.

  2. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven (away from any element or flame) and cook for 30 mins.

  3. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving. Make sure it's piping hot.This recipe includes some raw ingredients and isn't suitable for microwaving. Not suitable for freezing.Please don't grill!



It is not as good as the chicken tikka but it still is really nice. Really flavourful and I would consider buying it again.
