I wanted a healthy but warm lunch today and decided to try this pot.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Brown Rice (17%) (Brown Rice, Water), Leafy Greens (11%), Broccoli, Carrots, Coconut Milk (5%), Baby Corn (4%), Black Rice (3%) (Black Rice, Water), Edamame Beans (Soya) (2%), Ginger Purée, Brown Sugar, Cornflour, Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Wheat, Salt, Alcohol, Vinegar), Coriander, Rapeseed Oil, Onion Granules, Lemongrass, Red Pepper Flakes, Lime Leaves, Roast Garlic Purée, Thai Red Curry Paste (Water, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Shallots, Tamarind Paste, Ginger, Coriander Leaf, Sugar, Lime Peel, Cardamom, Colour: Paprika Extract), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Lemon Juice, Tamarind Concentrate, Salt, Ground Cumin, Ground Turmeric, Ground Cayenne Pepper, Mint, Black Pepper
HOW TO (on the hob):
Pour into a saucepan with 2 tbsp water & stir on a low/med heat for 6-8 mins until hot
Pour into a bowl.
When you've finished please re-use your pot
HOW TO (in the microwave):
After opening, place the lid on loosely
Heat for 2 minutes, then stir
Heat for 1 final minute, then rest
Remove lid carefully and enjoy
I really liked the taste of this, I did think when I picked it up that I would be hungry, it's just vegetables but it was really filling and really tasty.
