During this week I have felt so tired, drained plus the headaches have been unreal but the thing is I don't know if it is because I have headaches normally. I weighed myself on day 11, the same time I weighed myself on day 1 and I had lost 3lb, I have taken certain parts of this diet into consideration for my everyday life. Before this I had lactose free milk in my coffee but now on I will reduce the amount of coffees I have, the amount of cheese I have as well as having gluten free pasta all the time (except ravioli).
