REVIEW: allplants Kung Pao Cauli

First dish for the blog however this was my last dish to try.

HOW IT COMES: It comes in a cardboard box with ice packs, all the dry products come in a paper bag.


PREPERATION TIME: Pre-made meals frozen and placed in a protective box.

INGREDIENTS:

Brown Rice (22%) [Water, Rice, Salt], Cauliflower Florets (20%), Tofu (12%) [Water, Soya Beans, Nigari], Red Onion (10%), Peas, Cauliflower Leaves, Garlic, Gochujang [Corn Syrup, Water, Rice, Red Pepper Powder, Salt, Cooking Rice Wine, Onion, Soya Bean Powder, Garlic, Glutinous Rice, Rice Flour, Koji], Salted Roasted Peanuts (2.7%), Tamari [Soya], Molasses Sugar, Water, Red Chilli (1.4%), Spring Onion (1.4%), Rice Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Unsweetened Soya Drink [Soya], Starch, Sunflower Oil, Yeast Flakes, Szechuan Pepper (0.1%), Turmeric

HOW TO COOK IT (from frozen)

Microwave:

STEP 1: Remove sleeve and pierce film

STEP 2: Place in microwave and heat for 7 minutes on 800W until piping hot

STEP 3: Remove film and leave to stand for one minute before eating


Oven:

STEP 1: Pre-heat your oven to 220°C / 200°C fan / gas mark 7

STEP 2: Remove sleeve and pierce film

STEP 3: Cook for 30-35 minutes until piping hot, remove film and leave to stand for one minute before eating

I microwaved the dish, it wasn't a fan of this dish, the spring onion was a bit stringy.
