Pho (York 2024)

I really fancied something warm so chose this place.

It was quite empty when I went in. Pho is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant.

I ordered myself a beetroot, carrot and apple with ginger and a bottle of sparkling water.

I got mysel the Vietnamese noodle soup : phở which is the Vietnamese national dish; an aromatic, healthy & delicious rice noodle soup served with a side plate of fresh herbs to add as you please, I got the steak version. You can add chillies and bits, I think this is very tasty, flavourful and fresh. All of the food is gluten free.
