Pastaeat Roma (Rome 2022)

Imagine walking about 17,000 steps before 11am, imagine being in Rome and wanting to try proper authentic Italian pasta. Well this was me, I past this place when I was going to the Vatican City and on my way back I stopped and let my nose lead me in.

Each pasta has a number and the pasta I wanted was number 1: Carbonara, I love carbonara so wanted to try a real authentic carbonara.

They have the pasta already made up and then they make the dish in front of you. The pasta and a bottle of sparkling water cost €9.20 which at the time is about £8.12 which is good money. The BEST carbonara I have EVER tried, seriously love this, honest to god, I was worried because I suffer with dairy intolerance and gluten intolerance but I would go back and just deal with the bloating and discomfort.
