I walked around the Christmas Market and saw this place.
There was a few dishes I wanted to try; the carbonara, the porcini mushrooms and truffle sauce or even the pesto and burrata.
I chose carbonara, they have pasta already cooked, they cook pork cheeks in a pan and then add all of the other bits.
The fat of the pork cheeks would go solid and make a horribly oily/greasy stuff.
