I used the site Hotels.com to look for hotels, I was going shopping for Christmas early and thought I would stay the night.
My room is number 266, the room was very basic, not the cleanest, my sofa was covered in stains and same with the carpet, it looks like it is needs a good clean with a Rug Doctor. The bed was very comfortable and the power of the shower was lovely.
What I saw of the staff they were friendly and I would consider staying here again.
