Me & My Health #9

I know people probably don't care about my health but these sort of blog posts help people understand where I am coming from, what experiences I have had plus it may help others.


Saturday 25th June 2020: Yesterday I uploaded Me & My Health #8 but had to mention today was the day we could get back to the gym and I was so pleased to be able to do that until I got there and saw a crowd of really fit (physically fit) guys went in and I just got a little anxious to go in but went in and did a 30 minute cycle then left, it was getting too busy, people waiting for machines and I just didn't feel comfortable. I am never normally like this but maybe I have a little anxiety caused by corona.


Nose bleeds: I haven't dated this because I have been having quite a few nose bleeds, pretty much every day which is annoying especially as it wakes me up.


Friday 28th August 2020: I have started feeling really nauseous, I have a cold, runny nose, sore throat, going hot and cold plus really spaced out.


Monday 31st August 2020: I got a corona home test because what I am feeling is COVID symptoms.


COVID Results: I don't have COVID but feel so sh*t.


Saturday 5th September 2020: I couldn't do the three peaks, my head was pounding, the pressure was making me feel really nauseous so only managed the first one and then walked to the pick up spot.


Monday 9th November 2020: I have COVID. Mum tested positive so got a test done and didn't think it would come back positive because I didn't have any symptoms.


Wednesday 18th November 2020: I finished work, turned my computer off (self-isolating due to COVID) and went upstairs to my bedroom and just felt really green, I ran to the bathroom and threw up viciously, no sooner I was sick I felt a lot better.


Monday 23rd November 2020: Yet again was sick in the evening and one I was sick I felt fine.


Weight


June - July:

+3lb

I knew I had gained weight because clothing felt tight.


July - August:

0lb

Fine with that.


August - September:

+4lb

Now is the time to lose weight, I weight a lot more than the beginning of the year so need to lose a LOT of weight.
