I am going to be very honest with how I am feeling this year, I think I bottled up a little too much last year. I have to write dates and times of when I have headaches or nose bleeds for the doctor so I have put it into the blog post.
January 2024
Monay 1st January 2024: I got up, went to the toilet then took these pictures, I want to document this year a bit more, I am going to lose the weight I have gained, I can't stand how I look naked and I can't stand how I look dressed.
Thursday 25th January 2024: calf pain on the left leg from 09:00 to 14:00, it's like I have cramp for the full time.
February 2024
Sunday 4th February 2024: I got a headache at 16:00, pain in the top of the head, it was getting worse and worse and at 17:30 I took a Naproxen and went to bed.
Tuesday 13th February 2024: pain on the top of my head and in my temples, started at 17:00 and took a Naproxen at 18:30
