This is the last Me & My Health blog post of the year, I will do monthly versions of this in the new year (hopefully).

I have really suffered with bursting into tears this year, it has been an emotional time and I have really suffered.

My Weight & Measurements

1st January 2023:

• 14st 7.8lbs

• Stomach Measurement: 112cm

1st October 2023:

• 14st 11lbs

• Stomach Measurement: 117cm

I gained weight and didn't manage to lose what I wanted.

My Plan For Next Year

I want to lose weight, going to go back to being gluten free and try to reduce the amount of dairy I have plus next month I think I am going to do the 1,200 calorie change.
