This is my last Me & My Health of the year.
Monday 8th August 2022: First day of my diet and I have raised my calories from 1,000 to 1,200 because of how shaky I was getting and managed to do 1,154 calories.
Tuesday 9th August 2022: Failed today at the calories but I don't care, I was celebrating, I got some really good news so treated myself to a glass of Aperol Spritz having 1,550 calories.
Sunday 14th August 2022: I am going to amend the amount of calories I want to take each day, I am going to increase it to 1,500 especially as I am walking a lot during the week but this week coming up I plan to go to the gym Thursday to Sunday.
Wednesday 21st September 2022: I had my loop recorder removed, it was the most traumatising thing that has ever happened to me, I was awake for the whole thing.
Wednesday 21st December 2022: Had a blood test to see if my thyroid levels are good.
Sunday 25th December 2022: Feel like sh*t, I am really suffering with the flu.
