Sunday 22nd May 2022: I had an MRI, yes, an MRI on a Sunday. I
Wednesday 8th June 2022: I have woken up feeling so ill, I took some Lemsip Cold & Flu tablets and managed to get through the day.
Thursday 9th June 2022: still feeling so bad, I am keeping myself dosed up on Lemsip Cold & Flu tablets to get me through, my body is just so sore and this cough is getting rough.
Sunday 12th June 2022: I am still not feeling the best but I have been resting and trying to recover.

My Plan For Next Month
For the month of August even though I am away for the first week so this won't be during that week but I am planning to do 1,000 calories 6 days a week and try to work out Saturday and Sunday for a minimum of 30 minutes but also work out one day during the week for a minimum of 30 minutes.
