Tuesday 29th March 2022: woke up with the worst headache and it went on all day, woke me up at 4:30am and it just got worse at 7pm to the point where I took my Frovatriptan because I couldn't deal with it anymore.


Thursday 31st March 2022: still got the headache, pounding headache.


My Weight

Weight (1st January 2022): 14st 5lbs

Weight (1st February 2022): 14st 5lbs

Weight (1st March 2022): 14st 4lb (-1lb)

Weight (1st April 2022): 13st 12lb (-6lbs)


March's Plan

During the month of March I was supposed to do the following:

  • Be alcohol free

  • Not drink fizzy drinks like Dr Pepper (only fizzy drink allowed is sparkling water)

  • 1,000 calories each day with one cheat day a week

  • Work out on Friday, Saturday an Sunday

I can tell you that I achieved the first two, I didn't drink any alcohol or any Dr Pepper however I raised the calories to 1,250 but had a few rough weeks and didn't workout as much as I wanted. I did a few blog posts on what I ate:


My Plan For Next Month

For the month of April I will be doing healthy eating of 1,250 calories Monday to Thursday with only carbonated water being allowed so no Dr Pepper and no alcohol however I will have exceptions for the bank holiday's plus I want to workout for a minimum of 30 minutes two days a week.
