I haven't really done much, felt much this month.
Thursday 17th February 2022: I had a telephone appointment with endocrinology, I am being booked into have another MRI to check my pituitary gland.
Friday 25th February 2022: I had an internal ultrasound, not the most comfortable but hopefully I will get some answers for what is going on with the periods with Depo injections.

February's Plan
I had planned to go on a half an hour walk during my lunch break however work got busy and I ended up working through most of my lunch breaks. I did go to the gym every Saturday and Sunday for at least an hour a session
My Plan For Next Month
This month I want to go alcohol free, I don't really drink a lot but want to do Dry March, I am also not drinking fizzy drinks like Dr Pepper, I will only be drinking sparkling water when it comes to carbonated drinks also want to do calorie counting, I am going to do 1,000 calories every day but one day a week I can have a cheat day, plus go to the gym every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On those cheat days I won't drink carbonated drinks (except sparkling water) and won't drink alcohol.
