I haven't done a Me & My Health for a while.

Saturday 12th June 2021: I had my vaccine, now I was all for getting the vaccine but no sooner I sat down in the chair I had a panic attack. The woman who was filling out the online forms was brilliant with me and the guy who was going to inject me. I had it at 9:25 and didn’t get any pain in my arm until 6:30pm

Sunday 13th June 2021: woke up at 1:30am with a crushing headache on the top of my head as well as back pain, mega thirsty and drank 500ml sparkling water, 500ml still water and 250ml of cranberry juice by 3am. Feeling exhausted and can’t sleep because of the headache and backache I decided to rotate my mattress at 6:30am and no sooner my head hit the pillow I fell asleep until 9am when I was getting too hot and the headache was too much.

Saturday 10th July 2021: at 00:08 I had a nose bleed then at 07:08, it is getting worse.

Sunday 18th July 2021: nose bleed at 08:05.

Monday 2nd August 2021: nose bleed at 21:34

Thursday 5th August 2021: nose bleed at 14:45 and 19:40

Saturday 21st August 2021: I woke up with the worst headache, I left it and a bit later on I had my second covid vaccine and went home to try and get on with my day but my headache got to about 10/10 and I just kept crying, I lost it and ended up taking Zolmitriptan at 17:49 and about 20 minutes later my headache went to 4/10 then by 18:52 back to 12/10, my ears were hurting really bad. I didn't sleep much and when I did manage to it didn't last long.

Sunday 22nd August 2021: woke up at 07:30 with the same headache as the day before but without the ear pain and I ended up taking regular pain killers which I never take.

Wednesday 25th August 2021: nose bleed at 06:45

Saturday 28th August 2021: away with the girls and had a really bad headache which really annoys me because I couldn't enjoy myself as much.
