This month I have really struggled with my emotions, by the thumbnail of this blog you will see how swollen they are. I have cried a lot, I have been in a lot of pain and really got into a bad funk which also effects my weight.


Weight In 2021

Weight (1st January): 14st

Weight (1st February): 13st 5lb

Weight (1st March): 13st 10lb

Weight (1st April): 14st

Weight (1st May): 14st 4lb


My Plan for Month

I am going to aim to eat 1,500 calories every day in May except I will have one cheat day. I did a version of this in January with 1,200 and I lost 9lbs so I am hoping to lose at least 9lbs so 13lb 9lb. I know I am eating more but this time I will be going to the gym now that it is open.
