I have gained weight, so I am weighing the same as the beginning of the year.

Weight (1st January): 14st
Weight (1st February): 13st 5lb
Weight (1st March): 13st 10lb
Weight (1st April): 14st
My Plan for April
This month I want to get back to the gym now that we will be opening up shortly, I want to eat better and just feel a little better, on 1st June I want to have lost 1 stone.
